Google: We can buy Europe! Twice!

Oct192007 3:20PM — John

Google is reporting that in Q3 2007 they took in $4.23 billion in revenue, $1.07 billion of that being profit, significantly exceeding Wall Street expectations of $4.13 billion. What does this mean for the Goog? It means that even though they’re hemorrhaging cash and making acquisitions that rival the Web 1.0 bubble days, they’re still extremely profitable. How? Who knows. What I do know is that soon Google will be issuing adsense eyeball replacements that serve you contextual ads in a HUD depends on what you’re looking at.

I, for one, welcome our Google overlords and celebrate their purchase of Europe.

Disclaimer: All claims that Google are going to purchase Europe are unfounded speculation, no in any way endorsed by Google, but wouldn’t it be cool?
